An on-line survey is created to collect the users’ feedback about their experience of using MESA Center. Please go to the above website to complete the survey. If you complete the survey before 2/17/2010, you will automatically enter the pool with your student ID to win a 4GB USB flash drive. There will be at least 10 winners. The results will be posted here. Requirements:

1) You have to have used the MESA center (you should be in our computer sign in/out records) before you do the survey.

2) You have to complete the survey before 2/17/2010.

3) You can do the survey only once.
